The exhibition „We want to be modern.Polish Design 1955-1968 from the collection of the National Museum in Warsaw“ shows objects designed by Polish artists. Their most typical features are: curves, asymmetry, freeformed shapes, biological inspirations / organic forms /, avoiding straight lines, kidney and oval shapes, colour and contrast. But still the form of those objects is strongly linked with its‘ function.
